This Simplex uncapping fork can be used to uncap the wax frames quickly and simply. 

The Simplex uncapping fork is made up of a plastic handle and 21 straight stainless steel points. It is a manoeuvrable and practical tool, which helps to remove the wax caps covering the cells in one simple movement. The honey is then released and can flow into the uncapping tray, which was put in place in advance.
