Article no. 1 - General information
Placement of an order entails the customer’s full acceptance, without reserve, of the general terms and conditions of sale. No contrary provision on the conditions of purchase, letters, acknowledgments of receipt or other documents originating from the customer can be relied upon against obee-shop.com, except by prior agreement of obee-shop.com. The information on the site is provided for information only, and obee-shop.com may amend it at any time and without notice. The general terms and conditions of sale may be amended by obee-shop.com. In the case of amendment, the applicable general terms and conditions of sale are those in force on the day of the order.
Article no. 2 - Orders
All orders can be placed online and will only become final after acceptance by obee-shop.com. The information provided by the customer when the order is placed is the sole responsibility of the customer. Products are delivered to the delivery address provided to us by the customer during the order process.
In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, incorrect direction, incomplete address, failure to make a claim within the time limits, obee-shop.com cannot be held responsible if the products cannot be delivered. In the event of a mis-statement of the recipient's details by the buyer, the costs for reshipment will be re-invoiced to the customer.
Article no. 3 - Prices
1/ The prices stated for each of the products we sell are in Euro (€) all taxes included and shipping costs excluded. The VAT rate applied is that in force on the day of the order. In the eventuality that one or more taxes or levies, in particular environmental taxes or levies, are created or modified, with the effect of raising or lowering costs, this change may be applied to the sales price of the items on this site.
All orders, whatever their origins, are payable in euro. Product prices may be modified without prior notice. Products are always invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the point when the order is registered. Shipping costs depend on the country of delivery and the weight of the package, cf. article 6.
2/ Discounts
Discount codes to be entered into the shopping basket on the website offer a percentage discount applied to the total amount, before tax, of the items in the basket and do not cover any shipping fees.
The discount percentages applicable during promotional offers are applied to the amount of the shopping basket before tax and exclude any shipping costs.

The site obee-shop.com provides customers with 2 payment methods for their orders.
Bank cards: we accept CB, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro cards
The obee-shop.com site uses La Banque Courtois’ online payment system. Transactions are fully secured by a standardised transaction security system. obee-shop.com does not record any data regarding your banking card.
This is why the customer’s bank details will be requested for each new order.
Only the banking establishment has access to confidential information (card number, expiry date) during the payment process, and it does not save this information after payment.

Article no. 5 - Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, the products appearing in the electronic catalogue of the obee-shop.com site are dispatched within a maximum period of 7 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) from the date of acceptance of the order by obee-shop.com as defined in article 2.
These time periods apply for deliveries both within and outside Metropolitan France.
Orders may not exceed 300kg gross (product + packaging) for Metropolitan France and Europe.
Please be aware, however, that we are working hard to shorten the time we take to prepare orders as much as possible.
The timeframe for delivery commences upon receipt of your payment. If the delivery deadline is exceeded by more than seven days and this is not justified by a case of force majeure, you can request the cancellation of the sale under the conditions stipulated in article L.114-1 of the French Consumer Code and obtain reimbursement of the sums already paid.
Article no. 6 - Contribution to shipping costs

Delivery costs are independent of obee-shop.com and are therefore liable to change at any time, for which obee-shop.com cannot be held responsible.
Orders over 300kg gross for mainland France and Europe cannot be sent by our carrier. Therefore, obee-shop.com reserves the right to refuse such orders or to request a contribution to the additional shipping costs. These costs will be calculated in accordance with the delivery address and the package weight.
Article no. 7 - Reservation of ownership
According to French law No. 80-335 of 12 May 1980, obee-shop.com remains the owner of the goods delivered until full payment of the stipulated price, in accordance with Article 624-16 of the French Code of Commerce. It is expressly agreed that in the absence of payment, OBEE-SHOP may require, by registered letter with delivery confirmation, that the goods in question be returned at the customer's expense.
Article no. 8 - Liability
Famille Michaud Apiculteurs and obee-shop.com cannot be held liable for damage of any kind that may result from the misuse of the products made available for purchase.
Article no. 9 - Products
All Products for sale at obee-shop.com are covered by the legal compliance guarantee (L211-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), which allows the User to return defective or non-compliant delivered Products.
Article no. 10 - Product availability
Our product offers and our prices are available as long as they are visible at the obee-shop.com site and while stocks last.
In the event that one of the products you have ordered from us is no longer or not immediately available, we will inform the customer of this by email, telephone or post within 72 hours of approval of the order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
In the event that the product has become permanently unavailable, we offer to replace the missing product with one or more other products of equivalent value or to reimburse the amount paid by bank transfer, credit note or bank cheque within 30 days.
In the event that the product has become temporarily unavailable, the customer may wait for the missing product to become available, request that it be replaced with one or more other products of equivalent value or request reimbursement of the amount paid by bank transfer, credit note or bank cheque within 30 days. The customer may also order a substitute product that is available on the obee-shop.com site (subject to the payment of an additional sum or obtaining of a partial refund in the event of a price difference between the substitute product and the unavailable product). Article no. 11 - Product return and right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-20 et seq. of the Consumer Code in force in France, the customer has a period of 14 clear days to return the product ordered for the purposes of exchange or refund.
The product returned must be intact, complete and packed in its original packaging.

If the withdrawal conditions are respected, you will be reimbursed for all sums paid (order and delivery costs) within fourteen days from the point when the company OBEE-SHOP is informed of your decision to withdraw.

These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law. Complaints or disputes will always be received with goodwill, good faith being always presumed. Nonetheless, in the case of a dispute, customers should first contact obee-shop.com for an amicable solution. If this is not possible, the Courts of France shall have sole jurisdiction in the matter.

The customer expressly states that they have received from obee-shop.com all information and advice needed for use and enjoyment of the products ordered and therefore waives the right to seek any liability incumbent on obee-shop.com.

The provision of personal information collected for the purposes of distance selling is mandatory, this information being essential for the processing and delivery of orders, as well as for the preparation of invoices. If this information is not provided, the order will not be accepted.
