HOW DOES A COURSE OF BIRCH WATER TREATMENT WORK?

So you’ve heard about birch water but don’t know how the course of treatment works...our OBee-shop tips are here to help!

WHEN SHOULD THE COURSE OF BIRCH WATER TREATMENT BE CARRIED OUT?

The production period for birch water only lasts four to six weeks. That is why fresh birch water is only available between March and April, just after the harvest. This is the best time to carry out the course of treatment. It can be carried out over a period of 2-3 weeks between the end of winter and the start of spring. This water is now packaged by the brand UÏ and is available all year round. Discover the natural birch water of the Pyrenees.

WHAT QUANTITIES SHOULD I USE?

Ideally, a glass of 150-250ml should be consumed on an empty stomach after having been stored in the fridge. This course of treatment helps you to rehydrate, boost your mineral intake and reinvigorate your body in the gentlest way possible. Thanks to its detoxifying properties, birch water helps you to combat tiredness in the most natural way possible.

WHAT ABOUT TWO COURSES OF TREATMENT IN A ROW?

Scandinavians, who have always consumed large amounts of birch water, carry out two courses of treatment in a row. However, it is advisable to leave a gap of at least one week between the two courses.
